I have lived at several apartments and rental homes throughout my 10 years in Bloomington. Two of those years have been spent at Woodbridge -- an inviting wooded campus of great apartments and people. Woodbridge has two swimming pools, a sauna, tennis courts, and two dog parks. It has felt like living at a resort. The location is great - close to campus with easy access to coffee shops, Barnes and Noble, Griffy Lake, and more.

My fiance & I have been here since 2017 while finishing up graduate school & house shopping. We've had an absolutely amazing experience. It's a friendly community with excellent neighbors who watch out for each other. We've never felt safer renting in Indianapolis and are happy with calling this place home. I highly recommend this place and all it has to offer. They are also very accommodating to people with disabilities and cater to their residents quite well.

It's a nice, quiet community, conveniently located near my children's school, as well as my job. The spaces are well kept, and the maintenance staff is always on hand when needed. The price is extremely reasonable, especially for the spacious size of the apartments. I would recommend Woodbridge Apartments to any of my family or friends.

This is like a village community. I feel like I have privacy and the neighbors are respectful of our shared space. I also feel welcome and valued as a neighbor. Everyone is very friendly and I love meeting new people.

I have lived here for over a year. The maintaince staff is super responsive. My AC stopped working one day and a maintance staff came from their off duty to fix it. The apartment is outdated (cracked floors, old doors, and stained carpet). However the community is peaceful ( no loud neighbors and pet friendly). A bus stop is also nearby. They also send out surveys that they actually read and implement. I requested recycling bins twice and within a year, we had them!

Very nice apartments and very nice maintenance. Staff is also very cordial and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodbridge. Special mention to Jake who’s been really helpful with all our queries since the time we considered moving in to Woodbridge.
